These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fyorelle.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Fyorelle. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

fyorelle.com is operated by PRZ GROUP LTD, trading as Fyorelle. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales:

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PRZ GROUP LTD trading as Fyorelle. "You" and "your" refer to you, the customer or visitor.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Our products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, materials, sizes and finishes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Differences in screen calibration and brightness
  • The natural nature of certain materials (freshwater pearls, gemstones, plating)

Product photography is for illustrative purposes. Where specifications are mentioned (size in mm, chain length in cm, materials), we make every effort to ensure they are accurate, but small tolerances may apply.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email and offer either an alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, prices may be displayed in your local currency at checkout, using the prevailing exchange rate.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout, based on your delivery address and chosen service. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

For deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or reimburse these charges.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shop Pay

Payment is processed securely by our payment partners (Stripe, Shopify Payments). We do not see or store your full card details. Your payment will be charged at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Once your order is confirmed, the price displayed at checkout will not change.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order on fyorelle.com, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket at the displayed price. We are not obliged to accept your order, and we may decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is accepted only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Before that, an order confirmation email simply confirms we have received your order. It does not form a binding contract.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • The information you provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • We are unable to authorise your payment
  • The order breaches these Terms

If we decline your order, we will refund any payment made, and notify you by email.

6. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please email support@fyorelle.com as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow our Returns and Refund Policy once you receive the item.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See our Returns and Refund Policy for details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, costs, and zones are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. We will dispatch your order to the address you provide at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Our full Returns and Refund Policy is available here. In summary:

  • You have 30 days from receipt to request a return for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind. We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Pierced earrings and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and operational reasons (unless faulty).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual property

All content on fyorelle.com, including the Fyorelle name and logo, product images, designs, descriptions, photography, copy, and overall website design, is the intellectual property of PRZ GROUP LTD or its licensors. It is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may browse the Site and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission;
  • Use any content for commercial purposes;
  • Use Fyorelle trademarks, brand name, or logos without our prior written permission;
  • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Site by automated means.

10. User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
  • Interfere with the functioning or security of the Site;
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any other person via the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, or content (for example, social media, payment processors, delivery couriers). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

If you click a link to a third-party website, you do so at your own risk. We recommend reviewing the third party's terms and privacy policy before using their service.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses (including lost profits, lost data, lost business);
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather, carrier strikes, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRZ GROUP LTD, its directors, employees, agents and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and any orders you place. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer based in another part of the UK, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts as permitted by law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Significant changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the Site.
